Educational travels during the school year at our international school in France:
Students of our American High School will be encouraged to travel with the school staff of the international school or with Nacel throughout France and surrounding countries. The goal of our international school in Paris is to ensure that our students are well-travelled and knowledgeable about European cultures.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity can only be accomplished by living and studying in Europe, and most importantly, France. Students will be offered various opportunities to travel during short holidays (please check the below document: American school in Paris School Calendar).
Students are encouraged to participate in a French language program for Toussaint or go into a host family for a French language immersion experience.
Independent travels during the school year at this international school in Paris are only authorized under special conditions.
Arrangements or plans for vacations should be in place before the start of school for Toussaint and Christmas holidays, by December 1 for the Winter break, and by the start of the second semester for the Spring break. The student is responsible for submiting the travel proposal form and the release forms to the school principal on time.

This document gives our students some rules and recommendations useful for them in order to arrange their independent travels during their school year in our international school in France.
Flights must be made after 6pm on Fridays or during the day on Saturday as the dormitory will close at 10am on Saturdays.
